Return Policy for OasisFigures

At OasisFigures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.

1. Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Rejection: If your return is rejected due to not meeting the above conditions, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@oasisfigures.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and for your refund to be issued. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
